Along with being a professional Exterior Cleaning company, we are also a certified Roof Cleaning Company that offers cleaning for all types of roof, but specializes in Cedar Shake Roofing.
Sullivan Exterior Cleaning Services focuses on bringing the exterior of your house; whether that is siding, decking, fencing, a pergola – Back to life. We will use our specially formulated solution and process to make sure to extend the life and remove all damaging elements.
The solution we have created is biodegradable, and will not harm you, your family, your pets, or your garden. The Sullivan Exterior Cleaning process is designed to clean all types of exterior, decking, fencing, pergolas, roofing, and siding. We can remove moss, lichen, fungi, algae, etc from any surface including – wood, asphalt, fiberglass, concrete, brick, wood, vinyl, and metal.
Before opening the business in 2009, Bruce worked as a fish boat captain and a conductor/ engineer for the Union Pacific Railroad.
Bruce is a Certified Roof Inspector with the National Certification and Inspection Association, director of the professional Roof Cleaners Association, and director of the Exterior Cleaning Contractors Network.
The Locations serviced include Polk, Dallas, and Warren County Iowa. Our Cedar Shakes Roof cleaning service is also available in Nebraska, Missouri, and Kansas.
